When I started my home-based transcription way back in 2008, I never knew I can go this far. I used this laptop I purchased from Jarir in Saudi Arabia while I worked for a hospital as a medical transcriptionist. During my spare time, I worked after my shift in the medical records department.

I never set up a work station that time because I always thought that I would go home soon. That’s why the picture looked like this. Imagine I endured transcribing hours and hours of voice files using this set up. Well, until I finished my two-year contract.
